Volkswagen drivers in Warwickshire keen to do everything they can to protect their cheap van insurance premiums may be pleased to hear the manufacturer has authorised a new repairer in the area.

The Listers centre in Stratford-upon-Avon has been kitted out with the latest tools and equipment – and more staff have been trained to carry out vehicle work.

In addition to this, the company has introduced a new ramp that can accommodate up to five tonnes, meaning it is suitable for Crafter CR50 models.

Previously, customers in the region would have had to travel to Worcester or Coventry for servicing.

Duncan Sands, head of operations at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, commented: "The appointment of another authorised repairer is good news both for our customers and the local economy in Stratford-upon-Avon."

People who take their LCVs for regular servicing may find they reduce the chances their transport will develop the kind of fault that could cause an accident.

In turn, this could help drivers protect their cheap van insurance premiums.
