26 June 2008 Spain 'top destination for roadtrippers on a budget'

Drivers can save by going to Spain Motorists embarking on a road trip which saves them money can head to Spain, a local news source has reported.

In addition, the group found that the cost of hiring a vehicle in Spain for three days along with 200 miles-worth of fuel to be £122, compared to Europe's highest - £248 in Greece.

Avis Rent a Car research recently stated that people heading abroad this summer should consider hiring a vehicle.
