Say yes to cheaper van, home and car insurance

A proportion of people in Britain are still unaware that mobile roaming fee caps will be introduced next month, according to new research.

SimplySwitch.com has reported that three out of the big seven mobile operators have not told their customers of the costs they can expect to pay while abroad, meaning that many may come home from their holidays to a large phone bill.

For many, this could be a nasty shock, especially if they have already paid a high price for travel insurance and currency exchange rates.

Karen Darby at the company stated: "I would advise anyone jetting off on holiday before their operator price caps come into effect, to do their research before they go."

Recent research from SimplySwitch.com showed that almost two-thirds (63 per cent) of consumers would switch mobile network provider if they were to find a better tariff.
