There are nine steps available to deal with stress while travelling, according to a new study.Research from Nottingham Trent University found that most people have developed methods to ease the frustration that can be experienced when commuting.
Oral gratification is a coping strategy that manifests itself by chewing gum, while some people make plans, work or talk and sing to themselves, it claimed.
